69 days out: Instead of being a gun owner, how about being a skilled shooter?

5th Annual Charity Handgun/Rifle Course for Leukemia/Lymphoma

We currently have 178 people enrolled! More registrations are coming in every day! We are expecting over 300 participants this year!
Every gun owner “thinks” they know how to shoot! But very few actually do.
Just because you can take your gun to the range, take it out of the box, load it, put holes in the target, unload it and take it home without shooting yourself DOES NOT mean you know how to shoot.
It is the equivalent of going to the golf driving range and hitting 50 balls off a tee on a piece of artificial grass and then claiming you know how to play golf. In reality you are definitely not capable of then playing 18 holes of golf using various drivers, wedges, putters, playing the fairway, the rough, reading the greens, the sand and water traps, scoring, etc.
If you want to “actually” learn how to play golf then you sign up for a 2-4 day golf clinic with professional instructors. Learning to shoot is no different. There is so much more to shooting than just putting holes in paper.
I invite all of you to join us for our 4th Annual Charity Handgun Course to raise money for leukemia/lymphoma and to truly learn how to shoot. Last year we raised  $27,600 dollars for those that are fighting for their lives.
This is a family event.
You don’t even need to own a handgun, all the gear is available for rent.
We currently have 93 people on the “all you can eat BBQ dinner” list Friday and Saturday nights. Only 7 seats left for those nights! Act fast!
Act Very Fast!
Very few rooms are left for the 5th Annual Charity Firearms Course!
178 people have already registered for the charity course!

-No rooms left at saddle West Hotel!
-No rooms left for the full 4 days at Best Western, but they have rooms if you are only joining us for 2 days.

-Holiday Inn Express is down to fewer than 10 rooms (and we are expecting another 200 people to enroll in the Charity Course, act fast!)

(the hotels constantly have cancelations, so if they tell you they are full, call back the next day and check again, and again)

Joel Pirmann The highest compliment I could give Front Sight is not what I’ve gotten from being there, but who I’ve become because of their training. I apply the principles and discipline learned there to my practice as a doctor and to my life.

Robyn Rice Well said Joel. I always come home energized and focused, even though physically tired. This was my 4th time and I will definitely continue training at Front Sight. Strong work as always, Lance Reeter!

Devon Jane Best-Week-Ever!

I was wrong about the Charity Shoot Lance Reeter put together at Front Sight’s facility in Pahrump. It soooo exceeded every expectation, up to and including the raffles. Yep, I won a new custom built rifle from The guys at Gunfighter Tactical. The training was excellent, and it was a raging social success. The shooters are now legend in 3-counties. I could go on, and will, but I’m assembling a list of invitees for next year right now!

Already looking forward to next year and I plan on recruiting some of my friends to join us.

We grew 73% from last year to this year!
The growth was all from word-of-mouth.
We raised $27,600 to fight leukemia/lymphoma and had 185 participants.
We gave away 10 brand new handguns, shotguns, and rifles and 7,500 rounds of ammo.
Our goal is to double that for the next charity course and give away 20 handguns, shotguns, and rifles and 15,000 rounds of ammo!

Please forward to friends, family, co-workers, or anyone who might like to hear about this “once a year” event.

You should book your hotel rooms in Pahrump, NV now. Here are two popular options:
Best Western
Address: 1101 S Highway 160, Pahrump, NV 89048
Phone:  (775) 727-5100

Holiday Inn Express Pahrump
861 S Highway 160, Pahrump, NV 89048

Home

Most hotels offer a discount when you book if you tell them that you are a “Front Sight student”. All offer a nice buffet breakfast. Rates for Best Western average about $99/night and about $40 more at the Holiday Inn Express. Saddle West Casino Hotel is about $55/night.
The hotels don’t charge anything to your credit card until you check in, and both allow you to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your reservation. Book now because the town will run out of hotel rooms about three months before the event.
There are other hotels and casinos in town and a google search will get you there.

You can buy ammo online and have it delivered to you in Pahrump instead of bringing ammo.Details are below.

Front Sight will be holding a multi state CCW class on the Tuesday March 27th the day after our 4 day event. So if you would like to stay for an extra day and get some CCW permits you can do that. Email me for details.

Ammo: You will need 600 rounds of ammo for the 4-day course. I recommend that you buy a case of 1000 rounds so that you have some to take home with you. But you can buy just 600 rounds if you want. If you bring your own ammo it must be factory, NO reloads.
I always purchase my ammo from www.ammosupplywarehouse.com. They are located in Pahrump and you will not need to have the ammo shipped. Go online to purchase your ammo, select “store pick up” and then put “Charity Event March 23rd Best Western delivery” in the comments section. Your ammo will be delivered to the hotel parking lot by box truck on Thursday night at 8:30pm. If you are getting in late and can’t get your ammo at 8:30-9:00pm then arrange for someone else to pick it up for you. Someone other than me since I will already be picking up about 8,000 rounds for myself.
They have great pricing and are supporting the charity event by donating 3,000 rounds of ammo for the charity raffle. You can order as much ammo as you want, meaning you can order several cases so that you have lots of ammo to bring home with you. You can also order any type of ammo such as rifle and shotgun ammo. These are great guys, they have quality ammo and they have very good prices!

(caveat emptor: As of Jan1st, 2018 it will be a misdemeanor to bring more than 50 rounds of ammo into Krazyfornia. That’s the bad news. The good news is that there isn’t anyone standing on the invisible CA/NV state line enforcing the law. I may or may not be bringing home another 8,000 rounds of ammo to Krazyfornia just like I did last year.)

Be sure to share this info with all your family, friends, and co-workers that might like to hear about this annual charity event!
