A Veteran needs help getting his job back. Let’s show him we support our vets!

Charles Sears is a Sergeant in the California Army National Guard, and has served in the Army National Guard for nearly nine years. Recently Charles was injured in the line of duty during a military exercise, and was placed on light duty with his full time employer, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office. Just one day after returning to full duty, the Sheriff’s Office fired him, stating that he had taken too much leave away from the department. We want to help Charles raise funds to support his legal case against military discrimination. Military Reservists stand at the ready for when they’re needed during a crisis, and not only is it immoral to discriminate against our military men and women, it’s against the law. The problem Charles faces is the steep financial costs of hiring an attorney to take the case, and supporting his family during the trial. If you can donate just $10 to help Charles in his case, you are helping stop discrimination against our men and women in uniform all over this great nation. Thank you.
