The Second Amendment right to bear arms is one of the most critical rights guaranteed in the Constitution, as it enables citizens to protect themselves from an oppressive government.
This is why the federal government tries so hard to pass strict gun control laws to make it difficult, almost impossible, in some places to own a firearm.
Fortunately, despite the best efforts of Obama and his cronies, many states have decided to nullify gun control legislation. Sheriffs and law enforcement officers across the country have also decided against enforcing gun bans, upholding the people’s constitutional rights instead of being a pawn in the hand of Big Brother.
It looks like gun rights supporters now have another victory to celebrate.
The House of Representatives passed an amendment to defund a Department of Justice anti-gun program that was targeting legitimate gun dealers.
